Dr. Terry Wahls is a clinical professor at the University of Iowa where she conducts clinical trials testing the efficacy of therapeutic lifestyle to treat multiple sclerosis related symptoms. In addition, she is the author of The Wahls Protocol: How I Beat Progressive MS Using Paleo Principles and Functional Medicine and the cookbook The Wahls Protocol Cooking for Life: The Revolutionary Modern Paleo Plan to Treat All Chronic Autoimmune Conditions.


Fred Provenza is professor emeritus of Behavioral Ecology in the Department of Wildland Resources at Utah State University. He directed an award-winning research group that pioneered understanding of how learning influences foraging behavior and how behavior links soils and plants with herbivores and humans. Provenza is one of the founders of BEHAVE, an international network of scientists and land managers committed to integrating behavioral principles with local knowledge to enhance environmental, economic, and cultural values.  

Jean Choi is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, recipe developer, and food photographer at whatgreatgrandmaate.com. She also authored her first cookbook, Korean Paleo, in December 2018. She started her blog to share her story of overcoming years of digestive issues, adrenal fatigue, and hormonal imbalance, and to help others realize that nutrient-dense allergen-free cooking can be easy and delicious. Jean believes that the food you love should love you back through healing and nourishment.  


Dr. Deanna Minich is a health educator and author with more than twenty years of experience in nutrition, mind-body health, and functional medicine. Dr. Minich has lectured extensively throughout the world on health topics. She is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition, a Certified Nutrition Specialist, and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. Her passion is bringing forth a colorful whole-self approach to nourishment and bridging the gaps between science, soul, and art in medicine.   


Shamini Jain, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of the Consciousness and Healing Initiative (CHI), a collaborative accelerator of scientists, healers, artists, and educators to help lead humanity to heal themselves. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UC San Diego and has received numerous awards from scientific societies for her research in biofield healing practices. Shamini integrates her background in clinical psychology, psychoneuroimmunology researchand healing arts to share with others how they can best heal themselves and live joyful, meaningful lives. She regularly speaks and teaches in diverse venues including TEDx, universities, conferences, hospitals and retreat centers. She also contributes as an author on the science and practice of healing in public online blogs including Huffington Post and the Times of India.  Her first book on the biofield will be released with SoundsTrue in 2021. 

Mickey Trescott, NTP,  is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, chef, blogger, and author of  the bestselling book, The Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook and co-author of The Autoimmune Wellness Handbook. She is the creator of  AIP Batch Cook, a video-based cooking program that teaches users how to prepare allergen-free meals in their own home. She teaches cooking classes online and in venues around the country, like Bastyr University. In 2012, Mickey founded  a website with recipes and resources for those suffering from autoimmune diseases. Today she is partnered with Angie Alt running AutoimmuneWellness.com and AIP Certified Coach. She lives in Willamette Valley, Oregon.

Param Dedhia, MD is a passionate integrative medicine physician and internist. As a sought-after speaker and physician, he takes the complex medical literature and puts them into everyday practices for people to live their best lives. After 10 years at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland, Param primarily serves as a director of sleep medicine, integrative medicine practitioner and lecturer at Canyon Ranch in Tucson, Arizona. 

Tara Hunkin, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified GAPS Practitioner, Restorative Wellness Practitioner, mother and founder of My Child Will Thrive (website and podcast)  author and host of the Autism, ADHD and SPD Summit.

Dr. Gabrielle Lyon is a Washington University fellowship trained physician in Nutritional Science and Geriatrics and is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation. She completed her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition, Vitamin and Mineral Metabolism at the University of Illinois. Dr. Lyon works closely with the Special Operations Military as a part of the Task Force Dagger Foundation and has a private practice in NYC.
